Submission Guidelines
- Word Count: 800–3000 words
- Language: English
- Format: Google Docs or Word (.doc/.docx)
- Tone: Friendly, informative, motivational or experience-based
- Structure: Clear headings, short paragraphs and clean formatting
- Originality: 100% original content; no plagiarism, reused content or spinning
- Images: Original or royalty-free, with source credit where required
- Links: One relevant backlink to a blog or portfolio
Content We Do Not Accept
- Plagiarized or previously published articles.
- Overly promotional or sales-focused content.
- Misleading, offensive or inappropriate material.
- Articles overloaded with external links.
- Affiliate or link-stuffing content.
Payment & Fees
Guest contributions are voluntary. We do not pay contributors and we do not charge a submission fee.
What Guest Writers Receive
- Author name and a 40–60 word biography.
- One relevant link to a blog, portfolio or social profile.
- Publication on the appropriate SatharaWords platform.
- Promotion through selected SatharaWords social channels.
- A published writing sample for your portfolio or LinkedIn profile.
- Opportunities for future features and collaborations.
Please submit your complete article/document without fail. When sending your guest-post submission, you must provide the complete article either as a Word document (.doc/.docx) or as a Google Docs link.
Submissions without the complete article/document may not be considered for review.
How to Submit

Before You Click Send
- Attach the complete article/document without fail.
- Use a Word document (.doc/.docx) or provide the Google Docs link.
- Include your short author bio.
- Include one optional author photograph.
- Include one relevant portfolio, LinkedIn or blog link.
- Check that the article is original and ready for review.
Review Timeline
Please allow 5–7 business days for review. If accepted, you will receive confirmation and publication details. Minor edits or formatting adjustments may be requested before publication.
Publishing Rights
- Articles may be edited for clarity, grammar and formatting.
- Only accepted submissions will be published.
- Contributors should not submit previously published content.
- Once published, the article will remain part of the publishing platform's archive.
- Contributors are encouraged to share their published URL.
