Digital Products & Online Access
Digital products, downloadable resources, PDF courses, self-paced courses and other digital materials are generally not eligible for return once the product has been delivered, downloaded or access has been provided.
If you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from accessing a purchased product, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue and help resolve it.
Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered when there is a valid issue with the product or service that falls within our refund terms.
- The purchased product was not delivered successfully.
- A technical problem prevents reasonable access to the purchased product.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same purchase.
- Another genuine issue is identified and approved by SatharaWords Innovations.
Non-Returnable Purchases
The following generally cannot be returned or refunded once delivery or access has been completed:
- Downloadable digital products.
- PDF guides, ebooks and digital resources after delivery.
- Online courses after access has been provided.
- Self-paced learning materials after access or download.
- Products that have already been fully delivered or accessed.
Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, we will review the purchase details and the reason for the request.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing time.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment service.
Late or Missing Refunds
If an approved refund has not appeared in your account, please allow reasonable processing time first.
- Check your bank account or payment account again.
- Check with your card issuer or payment provider.
- Contact your bank if the transaction is still pending.
- If the amount still has not been received, contact us with your order details.
Sale & Promotional Items
Promotional pricing, launch pricing, discounted products and special offers may have specific refund conditions stated on the relevant product page.

Exchanges & Product Corrections
Digital products generally cannot be physically exchanged. However, if you receive an incorrect file, incorrect product, incomplete delivery or experience a verified technical issue, please contact us.
Where appropriate, we may provide a corrected file, replacement access, updated resource or another suitable resolution.
Physical Products
If SatharaWords Innovations offers a physical product that is specifically marked as eligible for return, the applicable return conditions will be stated on the relevant product page.
Where a physical return is approved, the product may need to be unused, undamaged and returned with the original packaging or other required materials.
Return shipping responsibilities will depend on the reason for the approved return and the applicable product terms.
Gifts
If a product is purchased as a gift, the same refund and access conditions generally apply to the underlying product.
Where a refund is approved, it may be issued to the original purchaser or original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider and purchase details.
Shipping Returns
Most SatharaWords Innovations products are digital and therefore do not require physical shipping or return.
If a physical product is offered and a return is specifically approved, you will receive return instructions from us before sending the product back.
